Independent People support over 450 young people aged between 16-25 who have been deemed as "unintentionally homeless".

Some of their stories are heartbreaking, but their spirit is inspiring!

Many are lucky enough to have friends and family around at Christmas, but many are displaced and have no-one around.

This means spending Christmas alone. No chance of cards or presents or "that Christmas feeling". So every year we have a big free Christmas party just for them. We are talking all the trimmings here. It may be the only one they get.

We need donations for decorations, food, venue hire, entertainment and some small gifts.

If we got a small donation from a lot of people, we could help create some good Christmas memories for some young people who are just starting to make their own way in life.
