I am fundraising for Amnesty Ireland to support the fantastic work that they do on human rights worldwide, fighting against human rights violations, injustice and impunity. I am also happy to support their work throughout the year with the Galway Amnesty group where I volunteer.

Amnesty Ireland's campaigns include work with the refugees, migrants and asylum seekers, but also members of the LGBTI community. Amnesty also strives for the abolition of the practice of torture and the death penalty. I also strongly support their national campaign My Body My Rights, which seeks to defend sexual and reproductive rights for all, as under Irish law abortion is still criminalized. 

On 6th June, I will be taking part in the 10k VHI women's mini marathon, I will be running for human rights and I need your financial support to make the world a better place.
