I have been involved in HSoA in the past and they work very hard to improve people's lives primarily in the Mbale region in Eastern Uganda. They focus on primary health, education, clean water and economic development. What I really like about the charity is the team behind it.  They are very dedicated and despite running a small charity over 95% of funds they raise go to Uganda. UK expenses are very limited and almost all of the trustees spend their time and some of their own money for this cause.
