On Sunday 24th April 2016, I will be running the Virgin London Marathon in memory of my late husband David Morley who on 10th November 2014, lost his 10 year battle against Parkinsons’ and Dementia, at the age of only 50.
David was such an inspiration to all, with his zest for life, adventure and a real family man who enjoyed the outdoor life and was the one who got me interested in running.
I am running for the charity ‘Hospice Of The Good Shepherd’, they are so important to both patients and their families when they face these difficult situations and particularly in providing dignified end of life care. We will always be grateful for the work, dedication and support of all the various medical staff, carers and friends, particularly during David’s final months with us.
By running this marathon, I am hoping to raise a minimum of £1500 as a way of ‘Giving something back’.
None of us know when we may need their support and thus I would be grateful if you would sponsor me.

Thank You For Reading My Page.
