Story

I'm doing the Ride100 to help a friend.

I first met Andrew in 1986 at Dartmouth, he was youthful, fresh faced & excited at the prospect of a career in The Royal Navy.  Thirty years' later, he has cancer and is struggling for life.

The Ride100 is a legacy from the 2012 Olympic Games, starting in the Olympic Park in Stratford and heading out into the Surrey countryside, taking in some of the county's toughest hills before heading back to finish on The Mall in Central London. I have chosen The British Forces Foundation as my charity, great people and a wonderful cause.
