Story

A group of family and friends will be cycling from Land's End to John o Groats for Headway. The challenge will be in memory of my Dad John Lawson, who passed away unexpectedly this summer after having a stroke.  Dad was a keen cyclist (and seemed to relish wearing any form of reflective clothing!) and we had planned this ride for 2016 to celebrate his much awaited retirement.

Brain injury is life changing and can have a devastating impact on independence, relationships and mental health. Headway provides invaluable support for people with brain injuries and their families, well beyond the end of formal rehabilitation.
