I am putting down the sherry and picking up the protein shake as I am going to be running the London Marathon in April. As renowned as I am for my sporting ability, I have a feeling this is going to be a wee bit tricky. However, training has begun (I've bought a pair of trainers) and I am raring to go! 

I will be running for the absolutely amazing charity DELTA that provides crucial help to deaf children and their families. DELTA is a voluntary association of young deaf adults, the families and teachers of deaf children and is reliant on external donations, so please do be generous.

If you would like to watch someone with an aggressively short attention span attempt to run for 26 miles without getting distracted, then you are more than welcome to gawp, point and laugh on April 24th 2015.
