Jacqueline Cecile Simmonds died peacefully on 20 October 2013 aged 89 years. Beloved wife of Trefor and much loved Maman to Corinne, Meyrick, Edwyn & Marie-Christine (Sr. Gemma Simmonds CJ).  Adored Amamie to Tom & Stephanie , godmother to Didier and grandmother to Helen & Michael.
