Running is one simple thing I can do to raise money, however, I pledge that if I  raise over £500 I will do something far more challenging for Nightingale - and I will leave it up to you to come up with suggestions!

So, dig deep into your pockets and give what you can and in return for your generosity I will rise to a challenge within the next year.
