I am writing up my PhD* and I need help.  I thought that it would be a good incentive if I also thought that I was raising money whenever I put pen to paper.  I have chosen to fundraise for my son’s special school, Downs View School in Brighton, (http://www.downsview.brighton-hove.sch.uk) who need to raise £34,000 for two minibuses in order to take the children out and about. It's a huge amount to raise but it is match funded by Variety Club of Great Britain (https://www.variety.org.uk/what-we-do/sunshine-coaches).

This is my request: I am only asking for £2 donations at any one time as I wanted to make the donation amount manageable.  I am due to hand in the final version on 30th September 2015.

*My PhD examines the experiences of young people with autism and learning difficulties as they leave special school and go on to mainstream colleges of Further Education.
