Jacquie sadly passed away on the 29th August 2016 aged only 41 years old. Although her whole life was affected by her sickle cell anemia, she did not allow herself to be defined by it and lived life to the full. We are honoured and blessed to have had her in our lives. We felt that the Sickle Cell Society would be the most relevant charity to raise money for in Jacquie's memory so that others with sickle cell disorders can be helped.
