Anyone who knows me is likely aware that I tend to do as little running as possible. So, while running seems to be quite the trendy thing to do these days, 10km is actually quite a long way for me to cough and splutter my way through. I thought it could amount to about half a kilometre for every year of debauched hedonism I've put my poor body through.

St Luke's is the charity partner of my new employers at ThirtyThree. It's a community centre based here in the middle of London, and spends lots of its time and money providing resources and services for (especially vulnerable) people in the local community, from kids to older people.
