<p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">James Brook has a rare form of facial cancer.&nbsp; He was diagnosed in December 2011 with Rhabdomyosarcoma .&nbsp; He attends Temple Moor high school in Leeds.&nbsp; James plays rugby league for his local side Oulton under 16&rsquo;s and is a proud member of Leeds Rhinos Scholarship Scheme.&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">His treatment is very specialist and the NHS is sending him to Jacksonville, USA for 10 weeks of intensive Proton therapy.&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">In partnership with Oulton amateurs and Leeds Rhinos, the RFL Benevolent Fund are setting up a specific &ldquo;Just Giving&rdquo; page.&nbsp; All monies raised will assist both of his parents to travel with James and be with him during his treatment.&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">His immediate family have thanked us for co-ordinating a central fundraising focus.&nbsp; James hopes to travel at the end of February 2012.&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="yiv1747421244MsoNormal">Thank you in consideration.</p>
