Story

Mental illness comes in all shapes and sizes and effects 1 in 4 people. There is still a stigma associated with it and not enough is done to raise awareness.

There are many forms of mental illness from anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, dementia and more. One of the biggest aids to recovery is having a great support network and being able to talk.

I am raising money specifically for the hearing voices network - helping those who have to struggle with hearing voices on a daily basis. A marathon will be tough - but not nearly as difficult as having to go through this.

All donations are very welcome and greatly appreciated. It's a great network that help those in need of it and every bit will help to continue the support the provide!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
