I will be getting back on my bicycle and riding for the Friends of Essex Churches Trust and this will also be in aid of All Saints Church Rettendon which is where Kim and I were Married and where Mother was Church Warden and Father has been cutting the grass for the last 20 years.



 FOECT Friends of Essex Churches Trust exists because historic and culturally rich church buildings get no government grants

I have done this a few times now and I have usually visited about 32 Churches or Christian buildings. That has involved me cycling 45 miles or so. As a very much part time cyclist and at best not the worlds fittest that equates to me reaching to the bottom of my abilities and I would be thrilled if you would reach to the bottom of your pockets to sponsor me. 

The Ride and Stride event is a National event so there will be Cyclists and Walkers all over the country visiting Churches many of which will be manned by volunteers; to make sure we sign in properly and to provide us with cordial and biccies.
