My son Frazer spent 18 months in hospital and required a tracheostomy and ventilator to breathe when he was eventually discharged. Kindred gave us support and advice as we went through the ordeal of planning for Frazer to be able to come home, particularly with form filling for Disability Allowance and also advice on how best to tackle issues arising through the Discharge Planning process.  Fortunately Frazer is well now and all but fully recovered. We no longer need Kindred's help but wish to return the favour by raising money to help this important charity.

A year ago at another fundraiser we did to support the 3 hospitals which treated Frazer,  Billy and myself pledged to run a half marathon for another charity which helped us - Kindred. So here we are, less than 4 weeks to go and Billy and I would like to ask for your donations!
