In October I'm taking the trip of a life-time, heading to Nepal to trek to Everest Base Camp. 

Don't worry, I've already paid up for the trip.... So I'm not asking you to pay for this thing I really want to do. However, it would be amiss of me not to try and raise awareness (and some money) for this great charity while I'm at it.

If you can, please help a great cause and visit their website. If you don't want to give money, give your time... they're always looking for volunteers.... or do this trek next year if you fancy it!
