We research new prostate cancer treatments to give men a better chance to beat cancer

Story

On the 22nd of April 2016 i will attempt my solo tour from the most southerly point of Ireland, called Mizen head, and over the course of (hopefully) 5 days i will make my way towards Malin head at the top of Ireland.

This is approximately 650km in total, and my plan will be to average 130km per day

Many of you will know that i've been toying with this idea for a year or 2, so you'll be pleased to know that i've now taken the plunge and decided to finally get on with it.  Its a journey into the unknown for me, as although i am a keen cyclist, i have never attempted anything like this - but whats the worst that can happen.......right!?

A huge thank you in advance - anything is greatly appreciated and will spur me on along the way.  Its for a good cause and a fantastic charity

Thanks

J x
