Sponsored Walk, 23 April 2017
We provide horse riding for the disabled to share the joy of horse riding with all

Story

We (Ellie and Jane) are walking 40 miles over two days - along the Fife Coastal Trail between Burntisland and Fife Ness - to raise money for Ravelrig Riding for the Disabled (http://www.ravelrig-rda.org), a group which provides people with both physical and mental disabilities the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from all the activities connected with horse riding.

Ravelrig RDA receives all its funding from donations and foundation grants and is almost entirely run by volunteers. Ellie is one of these volunteers and I - Jane - having heard from Ellie about the amazing things Ravelrig does, have also wanted to aid them in doing this, so we jointly decided to raise money for them by doing this sponsored walk.
