On the 7th May I will be attempting to complete the world's largest obstacle course to raise money for the Children with Cancer UK. The Full Mucker is a monster! With 200 obstacles over a 20 mile course!

Then on 3rd September I'm taking on Man vs Mountain. Another 20 mile race but this time from Caernarfon to the top of Snowdon!

Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary take in over 700 unwanted, abandoned and often mistreated cats and dogs every year, caring for them until a loving new forever home can be found. They receive no funding from the government or the National Lottery and rely on the generosity and goodwill of their supporters to raise the £450,000 needed each year to keep their kennel and cattery doors open.
