Ok, I know I said the Avon Gorge Abseil was the last crazy activity that I'd be doing to raise funds for the Centre but having recruited a team to take part in the FireWalk on Sunday I'm feeling the pressure to join them!

Some really inspirational people visit the Centre every week, many have to fight ongoing personal battles due to their disabilities and it's great to be part of an organisation that means so much to them. 

I know it's rather late as the FireWalk is only a few days away but I'd really appreciate your support - I promise it's the last time I'll ask you (this year......)
