One night while drinking wine I thought it would be a good idea to agree to do a 54mile London to Brighton bike ride!   The upside of this when the reality kicked in (with my sore head) was that you can do it for your own chosen charity!  

I have chosen the Erbs Palsy charity.  As some of you may or may not know my gorgeous niece Eloise has had this condition since birth. Over the years the charity has become part of the family and given her huge support, amazing opportunities and most of all a lot of fun!  Eloise is one of the happiest children I know and a big inspiration with her care free attitude to life!

Please give as much as you can to raise awareness for this small amazing charity. Thanks all xxx
