I was in asda the other day and a charity group was trying to get people to pledge to stay alcohol free for 31 days in January. I thought 'why not' so I signed their board.

Later, I was thinking; "seeing as I'm doing this, I may aswell raise money for charity at the same time".

I have chosen the North West Lung Centre as my chosen charity. I'm doing this in memory of my lovely Dad, David Griffiths.

My Dad died in August 2011 after a long battle with COPD. The North West Lung Centre is a local charity that helps people like my Dad.
