Starting on the 10th September I will be trekking across England from the west coast to the east coast. I will be crossing through three national parks, carrying all I need with me including tent, food/water and other useful equipment. I will be camping every night during my trek. The total journey is 192 miles and I'm expecting it to take me no more than 14 days over some steep and unforgiving routes. My start point will be at St Bees (west coast) where I will collect a stone from the beach and dip my toe in the sea, When I arrive at Robin Hoods Bay (east coast) I will place the stone on the beach and dip my toe in the sea and then celebrate with a well earned pint. I hope to arrive on 24th September.

Why am I doing this? to help raise funds for Defibrillators For All so our young people in Whittlesey can be screened for undiagnosed heart conditions It costs £5000 for each day of screening (we can screen 100 young people in a day)
