Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 1st February this year my Grandson, Charlie who is 2 and 1/2 years old, was diagnosed with Cancer in his liver and lungs. He's currently undergoing Chemotherapy and treatment seems to be going well so it's fingers crossed. We are the lucky ones, many aren't so lucky, many children don't make it to be teenagers or adulthood. This is why we choose to support Cancer Research for Kids and Teens. Every child deserves a life without suffering, supporting this research will go some way to ensuring this happens. Please give your support however much it may be. Myself and a number of others have committed to complete a parachute jump for Charlie from 15000 feet on the 4th June this year. We are all covering the cost of the jump ourselves so everything we raise will go directly to our charity.

Our other fund raisers that will be taking part in the parachute jump are:-

Chelsie Singleton - Connections2energy

Noel Creamer - Connections2energy

Ian Creamer - TPT Civil Engineering

Cheryl Fielding - Royal Mail

Luke Howarth - Self Employed Builder

Josh Chadwick - Altham Engineering

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

About the charity

Cancer is the biggest killer of young people under 25, taking the lives of 550 children, teens and young adults each year in the UK. Our ambition is to double the amount we spend on children’s cancer research, to find new cures and kinder treatments. With your help and support, this is possible.
