Story
Firstly i will be entering a cross trail 10k run in Manchester on the 16th of June and then on the 25th of June I will be taking part in the 12k Total Warrior event in Leeds.
I hope to raise money for a charity called CGI in memory of my brother Darren who sadly passed away last October aged 44. He had suffered from substance misuse on and off for over 20 years. So this means a lot to my family and me.
CGL work with individuals who want to change their lives for the better and achieve goals they never thought possible. The users of CGL's services include those involved in substance misuse and other forms of addiction, homelessness, poverty, unemployment, mental health issues, domestic abuse and offending.
A donation big or small will be greatly appreciated.
