On the 16th October, I will be running the Birmingham Half Marathon and will be raising money for Linkable - a charity based in Woking that provides help & support to people with learning disabilities.

There are 2 reasons why I hope you will donate to the cause:

1. Linkable are a fantastic charity who deserve all the help they can get

2. I'm really old and a bit out of shape and running a half marathon is really hard and I need all the motivation I can get!
