In July we will be running the Colour Run (http://www.thecolorrun.co.uk) , a 5K in Manchester for fun and to raise as much money as we can for the Guernsey Society of Cancer Relief, in memory of my beautiful Mama and Cody's Aunty Ju, who sadly lost her battle with cancer a little over six months ago, aged just 43.

This charity does an amazing job of providing assistance to cancer sufferers and their families.

As well as providing volunteers to help in Bulstrode House, the charity also provides financial assistance to those affected by cancer.

A few examples of the help they provide includes; the funding of air fares so patients don't have to travel alone, the part-purchase of wigs, funding for equipment and furniture for the oncology department and the provision complementary therapies for patients and much much more. Most importantly, all funds remain on island.

We can't thank these guys enough for everything they did for us whilst mum/aunty ju was poorly and they rely solely on donations for funding, therefore anything we can raise to show our appreciation would be amazing!
