On 30th May myself and a few others will be doing an 8 Mile silent walk through London in memory of my dad Tony Alderson. Unfortunately my dad lost his battle with depression on 27th April and died at the young age of 52 leaving behind family and friends who loved him.

All money donated will be going to havering Mind - who specialise in helping people who suffer with mental illness.
