Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.as a lot of you who know me are aware that I was born with a congenital heart disease and under went open heart surgery at the age of 4. I understand the effects it can have on a daily basis. I've recently got in contact with other "bravehearts" who run this charity supporting teenagers and young adults living with CHD, we also support "heart mothers " who has a child with this condition. My task for "heart month" is going from years off dyed black hair to red...
