Event: Virgin London Marathon 2016, on 24 April 2017

Story

In April I am going to be running (slowly jogging might be a better description!) the London Marathon to raise money for the Wirral Society of the Blind and Partially Sighted. I did a half marathon back in 2014 (hence the sweaty photo above) but have never run anywhere near this far, so it will be quite a challenge!

The society provide classes and activities as well as offering help and support for people on the Wirral who are blind and visually impaired, including my mum :) They are an independent charity so every penny helps! Thank you in advance :)
