I am running York Marathon (alas not New York) with two good friends. Having run together when we could for the last 18 years, it seemed a good idea to mark Rena's 50th birthday running a marathon. Little did we know how tough the training would be. 

CHSS help those who have had a stroke or heart related trauma where the NHS simply hasn't the budget to provide essential support. Your generosity will help us through those final miles. I won't be doing this again! Jenny.
