Auntie Bettine loved people and animals.  Thanks to Lord Whiskey, she was able to have a cat, Charles and a dog, Emma.  They kept her company for many years and were often the greatest bright spot in her days.   There were many days that the only reason she went outside was because she had to walk Emma.  As a result, she was able to enjoy quality of life longer than she would have on her own.   These animals brought great encouragement and joy to someone living alone.  

I am sure that there are others who might be in a similar situation to Auntie Bettine and I am honored to share her story and give in her memory.  I encourage you to join me in giving in her memory as well!
