July 10th Myself and Rhian will be attempting our first and probably last Super Sprint Triathalon (a chilly 400m lake swim, a bottom bruising 21.2km bike ride and a calf busting 5km run). Neither of us are known for our athletic ability so this really will be one hell of a challenge. We will be raising money for a charity close to our hearts....

.....Every summer WeLoveCarers and CHAOS! provides 3 weeks of specialist play sessions for some very special children in my area.  For my beautiful niece Florence and lots of her friends with additional needs, this service provides them with a safe, fun and educational place to go over the summer. For many of these children the six week summer holiday can be traumatic without the daily routine and structure of the school environment. This year Florence has loved every day at CHAOS! and as a family, we are so grateful to all the inspirational volunteers who have helped make her summer one to enjoy. Following this success CHAOS are now running a year round Saturday morning scheme which is truly amazing.

Although they have the support of dozens of amazing volunteers, they still have lots of costs including specialist paediatric nurses, as well as paying for facility hire, insurance, entertainment, medical supplies and equipment hire. Please help me to raise money for a charity that is so important to many families in my local area. Every penny counts towards putting a smile on a childs face. Thank you for your support!
