The wonderful Aida Salkic  Haughton and I are taking four incredible resident of the YMCA to Bosnia where they will learn about the events which took place in Srebrenica; the biggest genocide to have happened since WWII. On our return we will be organising a charity event to educate and raise awareness of what happened to the people of Srebrenica and the impact it has had on the country. Being a charity ourselves however we need to raise as much money as possible to get our young people there! We are doing a number events over the upcoming weeks including a raffle, a bake sale, a community meal, bag packing, a football event and the list goes on! However if you can't come along to the YMCA and you feel like doing your bit for charity please donate and help give our young people an experience they will never forget!
