Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So here I am, at it again! So, since I was lucky enough to get on to the London Marathon through the general ballot, I want to raise money for a smaller charity, which probably won't ever have the kind of funds necessary to buy marathon places. I have chosen the Vine Drop in Centre in Aldershot (close to where I work) which helps vulnerable adults who are victims of homelessness, substance abuse, and social isolation, amongst other things, to regain independence and improve their quality of life. Homelessness, alcoholism and their consequences are often overlooked in our society and are problems that affect those people who we may encounter every day and not think twice about. My charity isn't cool, it isn't sexy, it is just absolutely brilliant. I would be so grateful for any amount you can spare for such a wonderful cause. Please take the time to visit The Vine Day Centre's website and look at the amazing work they are doing.
