Caspa is my local charity that runs clubs for children and young people with Autism, supports their parents and carers and makes a massive difference to their lives.

I will be running with a team of friends around and across the Isle of Wight. Although I will take in some stunning scenery more poor old ageing legs are going to take a battering.
