Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My poor Jack Russell went missing on Thursday (28th may 2015) from our home.in bilbrook, it was reported to the police due to suspicious activity in our area from suspected dog thieves but i was told it was unlikely he was stolen and more than likely run off and would return safely. Well, this is not the Case, my poor little dog was found over 30 miles from our home address the same day and had brutally cut with what the vets seem to think is a knife and left for dead on the side of the road. A kind gentleman who was on his way home noticed him and took him to market veterinary centre where he was stitched up and cared for until the wonders of social media helped me find him! The amazing North Devon animal ambulance charity work alongside the veterinary centre called me within hours to confirm it was my boy and reassured me they are doing everything they can to make sure he makes a full recovery but this means his leg needs to be amputated on friday (5th june) as his nerves have been so severely damaged, they then offered to pay for my little mans treatments as this is part of the service of their charity.
I would love to be able to raise as much money as possible so the charity do not have to foot the bill for what these vile, nasty people have done to my innocent dog :( and also contribute more to what is an amazing charity!
I hope you can help by donating even a small amount to this amazing charity so they can continue helping and supporting poor defenceless animals like Jack and the families which are also affected.
