Our family has gained so much enjoyment from swimming, with Robert who is still a member, Trevor and Chloe who have been past members of Portsmouth Lifeguards, this is a LOCAL charity that does so much with very little, so deserves our support.

It developes youngsters, giving them life-saving skills, as well as life skills, such as team-building, communication, health and fitness, whilst providing a way to put something back into the community.
