Thank you for visiting the Santorini Supper Club!

It was a sunny but eventful day in Santorini on 21 July 2011 - I spent the day at a cookery course, then went to watch the sunset by the sea, where I and many others were jumping into the water from a rock.  When I hit the water, the impact broke my back.

One minor act of piracy and three airlifts later, I returned home to recover in my flat for the next three months which I spent practising baking cakes and pastry, and learning to make macaroons.

I am now embarking on a fundraising culinary adventure to raise money for the Southern Spinal Injuries Trust, which exists to support some of the 1,000 people a year in the UK who sustain spinal cord injuries. http://www.ssit.org.uk/index.php
