My name is Joanne Bowering and on the 2nd of May 2016 I will be participating in the Milton Keynes Superhero Fun Run starting and ending at the MK dons stadium the distance of the run is 2.62KM which is approximately 1.5 miles long.

in doing this run I am supporting carers MK, they are a company that support family carers and will use the money I raise and donate to them to provide activities and therapies to the families.
