Today Dave will be rowing a half marathon on a concept 2 at our gym Virgin Active here in Rugby. It will all be logged on the Concept website and verified. Updates to be posted.
He will be fuelled by plant power (Vegan) as animal compassion is really important to us. The charity we have chosen is utterly amazing and one close to our hearts. Jan and the team at The Animal Farm Sanctuary are truly wonderful advocates for compassion.
