First thing in the morning on May 21st 2016 I shall plunge into the Atlantic Ocean hoping to complete a 3.8km sea swim, 180km cycle and then run a marathon to finish the Lanzarote Iron Man. 

Why? Simple really...... I wanted to do something befitting the memory of my parents and to support the Sam Beare Hospice who looked after my mother in October 2014, and my father in January 2015 during the last few weeks of both of their lives. 

The care and support that the staff at the hospice provide is truly inspirational and completely funded by charity so please dig deep and support this worthwhile cause.
