I initially planned the bike ride to raise money towards the personal costs of my trip to Kenya this summer with Lewisham District Scouts to work with Harambee for Kenya at both the safe houses in Meru and Kisii. But everyone was so generous in responding to my initial request for sponsorship that I feel that it would be great if anything more that I can raise from my challenge could go directly to the charity.
