Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have been privileged to work for the NHS for 16 years and have worked with some amazing colleagues who inspire me with the great things they do every day. I have sponsored many but never asked for sponsorship and have always wanted to give something back so it is time to step up to the plate. 

I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon with some colleagues from Hywel Dda University Health Board in October. My chosen charity is our Charity of the Year at Hywel Dda for 2016 – our team of play specialists at Bronglais, Glangwili and Withybush hospitals. Our play specialists offer expertise in helping children, young people and their families cope with illness and treatment using a range of therapeutic play based interventions. All the funds I raise will help to provide improved indoor and outdoor play facilities for our children and young people across our hospital sites.
