I will be cycling 34 miles on The Three Lochs Way in aid of The Haven.

The Haven is a registered charity
which provides support not only to the individual but to their families and
carers whose lives are affected by a range of life limiting illnesses, such as cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson’s disease. The Haven operates from  3 centres in Blantyre, Wishaw and Forth
