Story
For those of you who know me, I'm not exactly known for my athletic ability and I'm not really built for speed.
However;
On the 29th March 2016, at our 22 week scan, our precious boy was given a very poor prognosis, he had several severe birth defects that meant he would not survive. He was stillborn on 7/4/16 at 23:55 at 23+2. His name was Jonah. He weighed 570g. He had my nose, and his Daddy's long second toe. He looked like my Isaac, a tiny version of him.
Charlie's Angel Centre were recommended to me by my bereavement midwife, the lovely Alison. I am only at the beginning of my journey with them as I write this, but so far they have answered my sorrowful emails swiftly and with kind, supportive words in my hours of need and they will be visiting me soon, for more support from someone who knows exactly how terrible I feel after losing my precious boy.
In Jonah's memory, I am going to get fit and run. I am just starting out, putting one foot in front of the other, because right now, that's all I feel I can do.
I was inspired by my fabulous friend Jen, who also lost her little boy, Rufus. Her page can be found here

she too plans to run to raise money for another excellent charity.
Getting out there isn't easy for me, I'm fat, I'm lazy, I'm anxious...
But I am going to do it. I'm going to do it for my boys. For all of them.
