Romanian Barbeque for a Cause

We are holding a "Romanian Barbeque for a Cause" to raise money for two charities, one local charity in Oxford (The Gatehouse: http://oxfordgatehouse.org), and one in Romania (FARA: http://www.faracharity.org/).

Tickets for the event have sold out (if you would like to be put on a mailing list or our next event please email campan.gabriela@yahoo.com).

You
 can still participate because we still have our fundraising goals to
meet! Please donate generously or whatever you can by clicking on
‘donate’ below. We will be putting pictures of the event and the charities on the justgiving page after the event so you can see what benefits your generosity has brought.

The Gatehouse is a wonderful charity in Oxford that provides free meals for homeless people every evening of the week.

FARA is
 a large charity who need our help with a small family orphanage home in
 Suceava, northeast of Romania. The home cares for 10 children and
requires expanding, and they are planning to build a small room away
from the main building where the children can get together for
activities together with others from the local community (helping them
to feel integrated). They are also making a child-friendly garden. The
money you donate here will go to this project, and we will put
before/after photos here on the page.

Evenimentul nostru “Grătar Românesc pentru o cauză nobilă”
strânge bani pentru două organizaţii de caritate; una locală în Oxford (The Gatehouse: http://oxfordgatehouse.org) şi una în România (FARA: http://www.faracharity.org/)

Biletele pentru eveniment s-au vândut (dacă doriţi să fiţi adăugaţi pe lista de email a viitorului eveniment, vă rugăm să o contactaţi pe campan.gabriela@yahoo.com).

Încă puteţi contribui pentru a ne ajuta să strângem sumele propuse pentru fonduri! În funcţie de posibilităţi, vă rugăm să donati facând click pe butonul "donate" de mai jos. După eveniment vom posta pe această pagină fotografii de la eveniment şi de la organizaţiile de caritate pentru a vedea beneficiile generozităţii dumneavoastră.

The Gatehouse este o organizaţie de caritate extraordinară care oferă în fiecare seară mese gratuite persoanelor fără adăpost.

FARA este
 o organizaţie de caritate extinsă care are nevoie să sprijinim o casă
familială din Suceava în nord-estul României. Casa are în grijă 10 copii
 şi necesită o extensie. Organizaţia plănuieşte să construiască o cameră
 separată de clădirea principală unde copiii pot desfăşura activităţi
împreună cu alţi copii din comunitatea locală (pentru a îi ajuta să se
integreze). De asemenea vor amenaja o gradină pentru copii. Banii donaţi
 de dumneavoastră vor merge către acest proiect şi vom pune fotografii
înainte/după pe această pagină.
