The 18 August will be the first anniversary of my little sister, Louise passing away at age of just 41. To celebrate Louise's life on this day I will be starting from where she was born in Harpenden at 06.00 and cycling 150 miles in 12 hours through all of the landmarks that where important to Louise, until I end up at her last home in Nottingham. 

Louise was extremely passionate about preventing animal cruelty and did a lot of charity work for The Brooke Animal Hospital (website link below), and so I intend to raise as much money as possible for this great charity cause https://www.thebrooke.org/

Sunday 7 August, completed a 92 mile training ride to Isebrook Hospital in Wellingborough, which was where Louise was born. Was tough and challenging, but also very rewarding. A nice old lady who I'd never met before kindly gave me £2 from her purse to donate to the cause. 

Monday 8 August, We have now managed to raise over £500!!! which is great news. Going to work really hard to try and get to £700 now. Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported
