We enable the creation of marine reserves to reverse the crisis in our oceans

Story

In 2009 I was involved in the documentary The End Of The Line (Trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6WOvY_C-_I ) it profoundly changed my view of how we should consider our relationship to the oceans.

On the back of the success of the documentary, The Blue Marine Foundation was set up to create marine reserves around the world where sea life could replenish itself. You can read about the projects here: http://www.bluemarinefoundation.com/projects/

The destruction of life in the oceans is one of the largest man made disasters we are currently facing. But it is an avoidable disaster and the work that The Blue Marine Foundation are doing is a good step towards this.

I am a keen cyclist, so I generally don't go in for sponsorship for events for cycling. Why should people sponsor me for something I would want to do anyway...

Please take a look at http://london-monaco.cc

I'm cycling from London to Monaco in 10 days. There are three of those days in which I will be cycling over 200km. I'm a keen cyclist, but I'm not fucking mad, this is going to be very very hard.

And so, please sponsor me and help protect the oceans.
